Where did all the time go?

Yes, that is the question that popped into my head, when my dad and I were a few miles from home today. Today, my day started out with me waking up at 8:00, getting ready, and leaving at 9:00 to get to my first appointment at 9:30. But, I left a little later than 9:00, so I got there a little later than 9:30. I got there around 10:00 because we (my dad) accidentally took the wrong turn, but eventually we found our way to her house. She had 3 goats. 2 that looked like Oberhasli mix, and 1 cute little fella. A Nigerian Dwarf... awww he a cutee!! :) yes he is. And she wants to learn how to trim them, so she clipped a little on him, and watched me trim the other 2, and she thinks she gets it. And I told her, that if need be, we could get her a stanchion with a grain holder, for them to eat grain in, so it would make it really easy for her to trim her goats. So we talked about that for awhile, and she paid me, and told me how thankful she was to have me come to her house. And then it was off to the next house, and we arrived at 11:00. The next house had 14 goaties. All registered, 13 Nigerians (3 ND bucks) 1 Boer doe and 10 Nigerian does/doelings. How cute!?! too cute!! times like this, really makes me want to get Nigerian Dwarfs, because they are the smallest Dairy breed, weighing in at 60-100 lbs. And she says their milk is so good too. And she has a little ND stanchion, so it only took me 2 hours, trimming 7 goats an hour. The really pretty 200 lb nearly 3 yr old Boer doe, Violet, I did her front hooves standing on the stanchion, but she leaned so much while trimming her back hooves she leaned off the stanchion. So then I decided to heck with that, we'll let her lean on the wall if she wants to lean. And then she was all done. I forgot to bring my coveralls, so thankfully this lady had a yellow plastic suit for me to put on before I trimmed the bucks. And boy were they stinky little fellas! but they weighed 100 lbs so it was so easy to trim them... unlike LOC's 300 lb buck Prince Valiant. He has to be wrestled to the ground, and then some more wrestling lol :) but thankfully he wears down his hooves good, so I can trim him once a year. And I should remember to NOT trim bucks in the rut/breeding season!!! cause thats when they smell their WORST!!! lol. And my dad could smell the stink when I got into the car, but maybe he was smelling my gloves. Those are what were closest to the bucks smelly peed on legs... well except for my hoof clipper. I rinsed and dried them off, and put them back into the case that I bought them in. And then we left her house and it was around 1:00 and decided it's time to eat. So we went to a Dairy Queen. My dad had already ordered by the time I got into the DQ, and he ordered me a kids meal, ? and it came with an option, so I chose a Dilly Bar. (If you don't know what a Dilly Bar is, go to google images and type in Dilly Bar Humor, and look at the very first image) that kinda looks like me, with a Dilly Bar. But I'm 10 yrs older. But I act 10 yrs younger. So anyways, I took a bite, and then I wanted my dad to take a bite of my Dilly Bar, and he wouldn't take a bite, so I hit his face with my Dilly bar, and his reaction was sooo funny. He gave me the 'look', and the look is when he looks like, "did you just hit me with your Dilly Bar?" LOL. Yeah, he's a good dad. Cause all he threatened me with, was making me buy another Dilly Bar so he could slap my face with a Dilly Bar... LOL. But that hasn't happened yet, but I know when it does, I'll laugh as hard as I did when I slapped my dad with a Dilly Bar!! LOL :P

So anyways, it was 2:00 and time to go visit Dandy at his boarding facility... he got an inch size owwie on his lower front part of his ankle/leg 2 weeks ago on his left front leg. And in the last 2 days, it's gotten proud flesh even though we have been washing and cleaning and re-bandaging it every day. The lady who lives there, is REALLY good at wrapping it back up, and I am learning to wrap it really good. So the the vet is going to come work on him Tuesday at 2:00, so I need transportation that day. Anyways, if there is some good ointment stuff we should be putting on him, let me know. We are putting Nolvasan, an anti-fungal ointment on it, super salve on it, Schreiners herbal solution, and even sometimes putting a bit of peroxide on it too. And I looked up proudflesh online, and read Equaide is good stuff to put on it. So I want to get some of that ordered if it really eliminates and prevents proudflesh and makes healing faster. Because the vet is more expensive, and also the vet says it'll take 3 months to heal. Anyways, I'd like suggestions, and input, and thoughts, and any advice on what else could we could give Dandy.
